Who We Are
We're Matt and Kalyn, husband and wife co-owners. We are Iowans through and through and are proud to call the Hawkeye State home. In 2020, we saw a great need in the inspection industry for quality inspectors. We decided to take action by quitting our 9 to 5 jobs and started the company we know and love today.

We believe in educating the homebuyer every step of the way. We're your "go to" resource before, during, and after your home inspection service. We prioritize education on-site during your inspection and then delivering an impeccably detailed inspection report to your email inbox. Blake did a great job looking over a new construction home. He pointed out where workmanship was lacking, and spent time with me answering my questions. He well documented what he found with pictures and written word. There were general explanations of the house systems too. Very pleasant to spend time with but also efficient in covering the many inspection points of the house. I’d definitely request his service again.
